The following message has been sent to AMESD Beneficiaries to announce the eStation 1.2 Release

Under the optimization of AMESD program, we are pleased to propose the following updates for the AMESD Station:

• Acquisition Station patch 1.001
• AMESD eStation 1.2

The process of the update is described in 2 technical notes:

• TPZF-AMESD-NT-0209 – AMESD_ACQUISITION_SOFTWARE_UPGRADE_EN.pdf
• AMESD_TA_eStation_Upgrade_Note_EN/FR (English version, version française)

It is necessary to do the update on Acquisition PC before updating the eStation PC.

Therefore we have decided to do this update in 2 days:

Day 1:

Acquisition Station patch 1.001:

The process we propose you is very simple and every operation is described in file:

TPZF-AMESD-NT-0209 – AMESD_ACQUISITION_SOFTWARE_UPGRADE.pdf (English version, version française)

The update includes the file: puma-amesd-ups-1.001

• 03/10/11:  dissemination of the patch puma-amesd-ups-1.001.rpm
• Dissemination times: 10:00, 13:00, 16:00, 19:00; 22:00 UTC.

Day 2:

Amesd eStation Release 1.2:

The process for the upgrade is described in the document:

AMESD_TA_eStation_Upgrade_Note_EN/FR (English version, version française)

• 04/10/11:  dissemination of the _eStation Release 1.2
• Dissemination times: 10:00, 13:00, 16:00, 19:00; 22:00 UTC.

Once the upgrade is done, new processing chains on the AMESD Station 1.2 could be activated as described in:

AMESD_TA_eStation_Technical_Note_1.2-EN/FR.pdf (English version, version française).

Please notify the AMESD support of reception and installation of the patch.
